DR. VIRGINIA D. MOODY, President/CEO of Moody & Associates, has more than 20 years of experience as a Speaker/Trainer/Consultant in Human Resources and Organizational Development. She is a certified coach, and a certified master curriculum designer and trainer and facilitator.
Virginia has clients throughout the world and specializes in “5-Star HR©” for individuals and corporations from Fortune companies, to nonprofits, to small businesses. She is the creator of three businesses and to move to the next level…moving from success to significance.
She has received many awards to include the Mentoring Leadership Award by the SA Business Journal (2009), The SA W. Hispanic Chamber’s Leadership Award (2009), the “DiversityFirst” Award (2008) from the Texas Diversity Council, and the “Benefactor” award from the National Association of Women Business Owner. Virginia is a graduate and 2010 Committee member of Leadership Texas, Leadership San Antonio, the Master Leadership Fellows, the Department of Defense Senior Executive Services Fellows, AALI, and both Harvard and Darden Schools for Executives.
Moody & Associates is a certified minority, women and small business owner who gives back to the community by serving on boards, committees and organizations designed to make a difference in the community. Her most recent project centers around coaching services for high school and college students preparing them to design their “Life Plans” for the future and assisting them in accomplishing goals that moves them forward. The three primary services include: Executive/Life/Business Coaching; Organizational Development (Corporate Education/Training); and Motivational Speaking.
A community advocate, she currently serves on the SA Area Foundation (TRIAD) Board, SAHRMA Board, SHRM Board, the Dress for Success Committee, and is Director of the Community Bible Church Career Transition Workshop designed to help put people back to work.
