Ms. Hooper brings thirteen years of experience to Brinson Benefits in both the fully insured and self insured group benefits market. She holds a Group I License for Life and Health certificate, is a Licensed Insurance Counselor.

An active member of the National Association of Life and Health Underwriters as well as the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans. Ms. Hooper is also a National member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM), she serves on the board as the Past President of the Red River Valley chapter as well as a District Director of the SHRM Texas State Council.

• Experience in both fully insured and self insured markets.
• Reviewing available claims data with an eye toward realizing trends and consulting toward improving expected results.
• Proactively engaging in the financial aspects of plan management, ensuring all aspects of the plan interacts appropriately and cost effectively.
• Bringing creative and innovative ideas to the strategic planning process allowing employers to create and initiate long term goals and budgeting for healthcare.
• Identifying new products and vendors.
• Providing education and training to keep employers up to date and in compliance with the laws.
